ON THE 2018 US SPECIAL OLYMPICS GAMES IN SEATTLE: It’s a one-time community event. It’s like a barn raising. People are going to want to be involved because it will make you feel good. I think it will be a huge success. This is what Seattle wants to be. A destination place where great things happen.

WHAT SEATTLE SPOT SHOULD PEOPLE VISIT? Take a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island. You’ll see water, mountains, beaches, and get a real feel for what makes this city unique. Then you’ll get a chance on the return trip to see Seattle from the water.
