WHY BE AN AMBASSADOR? We (the Sounders) are very lucky to be in this position and to be able to give back to the community. I’m looking forward to creating smiles and trying to make a difference.

ADVICE FOR ATHLETES: The biggest thing is to have fun. Have a smile on your face. You’re very lucky to be there and to be able to do what you love. So enjoy your time competing.

HOW WILL SEATTLE REACT TO THE GAMES? People in Seattle are passionate about supporting sports. We’ve seen that as Sounders and I think it will be the same level of excitement for these games.

WHAT SHOULD ATHLETES AND FAMILIES DO ON A DAY OFF? I like to venture out and eat at different restaurants. There are so many great places and I always enjoy trying something new.
